I had a great experience with the Galpin brand, specifically Galpin Lotus. I was assisted by Justin who was professional, straight forward, and accommodating. When there was an unplanned delay with my deliver, Justin did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy including feeding us with lunch. Highly recommended. First off I was extremely impressed with the service and communication given by Galpin Lotus, specifically the service manage John Alavazo. Not only did he communicate on a daily basis on the progress on my car but the estimates which were very reasonably estimated came below actual price after everything was said and done they also pick me up from the train station which was an extra cherry on the top and cleaned my car. The whole process was eye-opening to taking my car to a dealership I'm usually pretty hesitant on that but if I ever had to do it again I would definitely go here. I had an amazing experience with Justin Permijo at Lotus. I am looking for a new sports car and am cross shopping a couple of brands; but am completely new to Lotus. Justin took the time to talk to me on the phone and then spent a ton of time with me at the dealership.
