i had an excellent experience with Secor in getting my Lotus Emira. Bear (sales director) kept in touch with me once i had committed to purchase and settled in for the long wait that is the reality for this car given the pandemic, production delays, etc which was not the dealership’s fault. My car actually arrived a month earlier than I was expecting. Bear pointed out a tiny factory ppf defect that I probably would not have noticed and arranged to have fixed at my home for free. The sales force in particular Ms Sweet helped me thru the crazy process of getting my car registered in the state I reside in and then. spent over an hour with me reviewing the extensive controls on the car including the infotainment center when I picked it up. i recommend the dealership if you are in market for a Lotus.
