We purchased a Certified Used (dream car) from Herb Chambers, Bentley Boston. My wife and I worked with the GM Brad Taylor and our Client Advisor was Benjamin Boomer. What a truly excellent experience as honesty and integrity was exhibited throughout every aspect of the transaction. The vehicle was in showroom new condition, despite being (certified) used. Pricing was very fair, the buying process was easy, and Benjamin was incredibly thorough, patient and caring as he answered numerous questions and programmed our tech. He was proactive and followed up numerous times to make sure that we were happy. Just bought a preowned Mercedes GLC300 4 matic at this dealership. I can’t say enough about the service, treatment and ease of buying a car from them. Mason Whiteman was our sales rep and he was fantastic. I have been to several dealerships throughout MA and RI looking for a preowned car. This dealership offered me a great price, no haggling, and they went above and beyond by replacing all four tires after we agreed on a price. A real unexpected pleasure buying a car from them.
