2026 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300 4MATIC

I am happy to update my review of Sioux Falls Mercedes. While I had an unfortunate turn of events with my purchase, the dealership has reached out and put forth every effort to change my opinion. I would like to call out Neil the service manager, who took it upon himself to fix the situation and make me feel valued. While it is pertinent that the initial purchase process was rocky, I think it is as important how a company interacts with an unsatisfied customer. I feel confident recommending this dealership to individuals as one that cares about their buyers and will do what they need to rebuild trust if ever lost

We spent the last couple of days here and what a great experience. The sales manager was Steve A. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed overnight and Kelly D. gave us quiet a bit of information for us to entertain ourselves while we are in town. She had a number of recommendations for our 12 year old son. The mechanic, Corey S, was the most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanic we have had since visiting Mercedes. We have been to the ones in Eugene, Reno and Las Vegas. We have even been to Sprinter specific mechanics -- Corey was willing to take on a mechanical issue that the others were dumbfounded at. What a GREAT team! This really is the Mercedes experience ?? Overall - They took what could have been a very negative experience and made it a very positive one.

What an absolute stellar experience at this dealership (Mercedes Benz/Luxury Auto Mall)! Bri, Joe, Jared & Jacob went absolutely above and beyond.
