2026 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300 4MATIC

I recently purchased a vehicle from Valley Imports, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Robbie in sales and Kelsey in finance both provided outstanding service, making this transaction one of the easiest I have had. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I flew 1,200 miles to pick up this car and Robbie ensured that every detail was handled. The E450 Wagon I purchased was in pristine condition and exactly as described and I believe was one of the best represented in the country at the time of buying. Robbie was knowledgeable, friendly and Kelsey made the signing process clear and simple. Their combined efforts made the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The overall experience at Valley Imports exceeded my expectations.

Levi was an excellent sales associate! He provided me with all of the information I requested and expanded upon it. He was very patient with my questions and decision making promise and was not too pushy. His follow up made me feel like he genuinely cared about my vehicle purchasing journey. He worked with financing for me to come in at the very end of the day to sign the paperwork. I truly appreciated that!

This dealership did the right thing concerning the matter of why I brought my vehicle in, and I have to admit I was slightly disappointed that it was done reluctantly. Especially since I have owned 3 Mitsubishi vehicles in the past, and currently own one now. But I'll be fair and and bring my vehicle in for service in the near future to give this dealership another chance to make me feel like more than just a dollar sign when I walk out the door (the sevlrvice I received was done under warranty so i did not pay). I love Mitsubishi as a company and brand......I hope to one day love Valley Imports as a dealership and service provider.
