It was great! We had both of our cars serviced at the same time. Sherry was awesome, she went to bat for us with insurance company and made sure we got a favorable outcome. We drive almost two hours and pass up Baton Rouge Mercedes just get great service at Covington. We will be sure to get our third Mercedes from here when the time comes as well. This dealership is fantastic! Customer service has always been phenomenal, the parts department is amazing and has much better pricing than my local Mercedes dealer. The service department was excellent the one time I needed them! Definitely worth the extra 55 mile drive to give them the business!!
