I had a great experience buying a car here, online. Chad Palmer took my cold call inquiring about a very slightly used EQB. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.

Mike Legg Is the best sales manager I have ever spoken with in my life, and I’ve bought many many many cars in my life. He went out of his way to explain everything in detail, near closing time, even though there was no way for me to purchase a vehicle from him. he was very kind and patient and detailed.
