2026 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

I had the most fabulous experience buying my Mercedes EQE 350 at this location. Dino was the most amazing sales person, extremely patient, low pressure, beautiful human… not like any other car salesman I have encountered. I originally was about to purchase my car at the dealership in Texas where I live. I was visiting NW Arkansas and happened to stroll into the dealership and the difference in how Dino, and the rest of the sales team treated me here was remarkable. They take full credit in my decision to buy there instead of Texas. I had to drive the car back to Texas and driving a fully electric vehicle was a new to me, but Dino checked on me all the way through the night to make sure I reached home OK. Lauren, the Product person was also extremely helpful and has made sure that I understand my new vehicle very well. The district manager also called a week later and made sure I was happy with my new car and gave me more than enough time to ask any questions. I am super pleased with my car and the whole team at Mercedes-Benz at Northwest Arkansas, Dino is a superstar!!!????????

I had an amazing experience with these guys! Jacob Hostetler along with Kaleb (with a K) worked continuously to make sure that I got approved for my dream car! Great customer service and a great way to enjoy my 4th in my new GLE 450!!! Come by and ask for Kaleb! Also Roman is great with the tech side of things! He made sure I was knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle before I left! I'll definitely be back!

Bertha - yes, I named my Sprinter van after the first woman driver, Bertha Benz - was telling me that it was time for service. I popped into this shop without an appointment but with plenty of free time. I let the service manager Chris know what I needed, asked if he could fit me and I told him that "no" was an acceptable answer. He really didn't want to say no and with my flexible schedule, they were able to get it done. Arriving at 7:30 am certainly helped and I was here for four hours while the van got a professional "Service A" that included an oil change and whatever Mercedes-Benz requires to maintain the warranty. Amazing that I'm already near 30,000 miles on the van! Around $400 later and with three cups of their coffee in me, I was on my way. I have no complaints about the time it took. I'm sure if I had an appointment, it would have gone faster. Very satisfied. This isn't a very large showroom but they did good work. A wash would have been nice - they did that at the dealers in Charlotte and Durham, but maybe they don't have a car wash big enough for a Sprinter. No points off for that.
