The entire team at MBCN really made the experience of getting my first Mercedes-Benz a core memory. The sales team and product specialists did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The only thing I wish I had done differently was make the decision sooner to get into something that feels this good and is a real thrill to drive. What impressed me just as much as the vehicle was the dealership itself. Even with the finishing touches of construction still underway, it is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture, artwork, lighting, and attention to detail are unlike anything I’ve experienced at a dealership. Everywhere you look, you can tell there was a vision behind what they were creating. The entire facility is spotless, the atmosphere is inviting, and it truly feels like you’re stepping into a Mercedes-Benz experience instead of just another dealership. A huge thank you to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Columbus North for making my first Mercedes-Benz one I’ll never forget. I absolutely love my GLB 35 AMG, and I already find myself looking forward to coming back. At MBCN, going above and beyond isn’t a slogan—it’s simply part of the experience.
