Turning things around… I want to thank Don and Trent for making the acquisition of my new car a deeply personalized and rewarding experience. I will admit the 7 month wait for the car became extremely frustrating. 3 years after the pandemic, and we are all still experiencing delays because of supply chain issues! But… once the car got here, the process of getting it was a breeze. Trent worked diligently to get all the paperwork ready while I was traveling for work. Once I got to the dealer, he spent close to 2 hrs walking me through all the features making sure I was comfortable with how to operate the car… and he has already answered a few texts and calls with my follow up questions! I got a note from Don over the weekend, which added a personal touch to the experience and made me feel very valued. The car? It is gorgeous and a blast to drive. Marketing has been known to oversell and stretch the truth. However, everything that has been said about Mercedes-Benz, its quality details and the experience of driving one is very much true! I think I found my “forever” brand!
