This was our first experience purchasing a Mercedes, and it was truly delightful. Kathryn, also known as Kate, our sales assistant, made the entire process incredibly easy and was exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that we absolutely adored the car we were purchasing, ensuring that we were well-informed about all its features and that it met all our requirements. Kate's kindness and friendliness were truly remarkable. She not only secured the best price for the car, surpassing any other dealership, but she also made the entire experience memorable. Sal, the Floor Manager, was equally helpful in pricing the vehicle, and his friendly demeanor and assistance in understanding the car's breakdown and payments were invaluable. Also the General manager, she was extremely nice and welcoming when we came to get our new EQE! We are extremely grateful to have had such wonderful individuals assist us in this purchase, and we are excited to continue working with Sal and Kate in the future.
