Fair warning.... this is going to be a long review because there're so many to mention here. We had an experience like no other last night buying our car. We were just driving by the Mercedes dealer, so we stopped and looked for fun. I saw a white one that I loved. We had absolutely no intentions of buying a car there. A guy name Mateo walked out, and I told him we were just looking, and told him my husband doesn't like salesmen. He said he understood. My husband drifted off to the back of the lot, and Mateo said "want me to get the key so you can look inside, I don't mind, I'm not doing anything". I said sure!!!!! We sat in the car, and he showed me the features on the inside. I told him about the experience we just had at Swickard VW, and he apologized and said that's not how we do things here. Give me a price, and we can see if we can do it. We left and my husband said "let's get that car for you. We drive back and got there at closing time. Mateo was always so calm, respectful and accommodating. He said " it's ok, we work for you, and I will walk out the doors with you when you leave here tonight"!!!!???????? We gave them the number we were willing to pay, and they took it. I also asked for more for my trade-in, and David the sales manager said "sure, we can do that". Buying a new car takes a couple of hours, and as we were sitting there waiting, another salesman named Jamir asked us if we wanted pizza and talked to us. He was just as amazing as the other two gentlemen. AJ, the GM walked in and we talked to him for awhile. I can't tell you how many times we heard "thank you for choosing us"! The final person was the finance manager Anthony. He was just as pleasant. He told us everyone there is new, however I had no clue. They were all so professional and amazing. I felt like we were part of their family by the time we left. I truly can't imaging buying a car fropm anyone else. My husband and I have purchased MANY new cars, and have never experienced the true kindness and professionalism we did last night. Mateo, we found out we was your first customers that you did by yourself, and because of you, I got my car. You're an amazing young man! Thank you!!!! I LOVE my new car!
I was very impressed with the guys in the parts department they were personable professional and helpful I give them thumbs up look forward to doing business with them again
Trey in service check in was helpful and accommodating. He’s new like everyone else I don’t know why they don’t retain help but they need to explore this. On my first drop off parts weren’t there for a service B but again I think it’s because the help is never consistent. Phone messaging needs work too and service help given time to return calls. I really like my car and am hopeful with Trey now at the service counter
