2026 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

This was my first Mercedes Benz. I came to the dealership about 6 weeks prior just to look around and get some information about the vehicles. I was greeted by Natalie Horton. She was attentive, knowledgeable and just had overall great customer service. So when I found a vehicle I was interested in it was obvious she was the person I wanted to deal with. The whole process to purchase the vehicle went smooth and I'm now a proud owner of a Mercedes Benz from San Diego MB. I recommend this dealership and I'm sure all the sales people are great but my recommendation would be to ask for Natalie. She's great!!????

I was on the lookout for a very specific vehicle when I found this car at Mercedes Benz San Diego. Great reviews here on Google as well as DealerRater gave me peace of mind as I emailed Nick Lehman asking for assistance on making a deal happen. Not only was I chasing a very specific car, I was also chasing a specific deal--which took a few emails back and forth for us to agree to. Nick was transparent every step of the way showing me the clear breakdown of the numbers as we worked toward our deal. He also made an enormous effort with my trade-in, making a generous final minute push to seal the deal. All in all, after just two days back and forth, I picked up the car on Saturday. My wife loves it, the kid loves it, I'm loving my first Mercedes, and Mercedes San Diego made it happen.

Came into the dealership with a specific vehicle they had for sale. Needed quick service because We were pretty tired of looking for a car for our soon to be college student. Test drive was good, price was fair. Jeff and Brenda in sales, and Jose in finance were awesome and easy to work with!
