I have wanted a little white Mercedes for a while. James Jack helped me pick out the perfect car. He was very patient with me and walked me through the leasing process. I had never leased a car before. He helped me compare and understand all my options. He made me feel really comfortable and the entire experience was amazing. My husband and I really working with Eric Grobert in the Service dept. He is responsive and prompt, genuine and clearly loves doing his job. Although we live closer to another dealership and service station, I prefer to send my car to Huntington because of Eric’s professionalism and responsiveness. He’s also honest. He’s actually the MAIN reasons that I stuck with this brand (my husband has moved away from MB). Eric provides a service and professionalism that should be on par with the Mercedes brand. I hope he is acknowledged for the awesome service he constantly provides to the MB clients and is also given a chance to train others on how to provide impeccable customer service.
