I had such an amazing experience shopping at Audi Albuquerque. The whole team made me feel very special and they helped with my every need. In particular, Mrs. Trish is outstanding! She helped me through the entire process getting me all the right information and the best deals for me. She was very kind and very respectful to both my dad and I. I really loved my experience and I am absolutely OBSESSED with my new car!

Steve in service went above and beyond to get us finished within the day. We are traveling and live in our Mercedes Sprinter RV. We needed maintenence and recalls and had an appt at 9. We were done by 3:30! Excellent customer service & he was very responsive by phone.

Had Flex B service on my Mercedes, plus some additional repairs, after leaving the dealership I started noticing the car just wasn't right. I live some distance from the dealership so after a week I called with the problems I was having. Robert in the service department was so concerned and asked me to bring the car in asap. I was worried I would be charged for them to figure out the problem, Robert assured me that anything they worked on would be cover. After an hour Robert came and told me they found the problem and they were repairing it. In 2 short hours my car was ready and in perfect running condition. I thank the service department and mechanics for having genuine care for my car and for me. These people are the best!
