He had great knowledge of all the cars and was able to answer all of our questions. He also has a great understanding of all the features on our vehicle. My experience at Ray Catena of Edison was excellent! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me beverages. When I was ready to purchase a car, I was connected with Jim Todd. Jim was fantastic! He listened to my needs and patiently helped me find my dream car, E53 AMG. The entire process was seamless. While my paperwork was being processed, Sean was called in to show me all the features of the car. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. My last stop was with Gina in finance, who was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
