Not from the area, but Grant took great care of me! Got a nail on the inner sidewall of my tire a day before a road trip. Although they didn’t have any in stock to replace the tire using the warranty, Grant got one delivered 10am the next day! I don’t know how he did it but he saved us just in time for a great vacation

Our salesman, Brandon Stewart, was so helpful. He made the entire process of buying our new vehicle very simple and we never once felt as if he was pushing us into anything. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Finance Manager was very efficient in explaining our warranty and service options. Laura Landrum was very good at explaining the workings of our new vehicle and offered to answer any questions we might have after driving it for a while. And, Trey was great as a team player taking care of miscellaneous tasks as needed. All in all, the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tyler gave us a very pleasant experience.
