John helped my husband and I purchase our first car together and he made the process seamless. We live in Austin, TX and he kept us looped in throughout the entire process. Both VW service advisors were great. Frequent update texts and they were persistent in getting my car repaired. It had a weird random issue that took some troubleshooting but your techs got it figured out. I live closer to another VW dealer and choose to bring our cars to Betten. Thank you for the great service and huge waiting room. It is nice to be able to work remotely when needed.
