John helped my husband and I purchase our first car together and he made the process seamless. We live in Austin, TX and he kept us looped in throughout the entire process. We have been looking for a specific Mercedes for several months now without much luck. My husband happened upon the Betten listing and was able to get into contact with John almost immediately. John was gracious enough to give us a video call and show us the car and provide us with details. He was very responsive over the phone and helped us throughout the negotiation process. We very quickly reached a deal and John helped us purchase the car from 1000 miles away. When we met John in person, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We can't thank him enough! Both VW service advisors were great. Frequent update texts and they were persistent in getting my car repaired. It had a weird random issue that took some troubleshooting but your techs got it figured out. I live closer to another VW dealer and choose to bring our cars to Betten. Thank you for the great service and huge waiting room. It is nice to be able to work remotely when needed.
