Katelyn went above and beyond while helping me choose the right vehicle for my family! The process was quick, and stress free! She was so knowledgeable and really knew the Benz inside and out! 2016 Mercedes Sprinter service Van with 115k miles and scheduled for a fair amount of expected service: Inspection, front Tires, front brakes, brake line, drive shaft bearing, tail pipe, emissions recall under warranty brought to my attention after I dropped off the van. I called in for an appointment, knowing it would be a bit, but this allowing the dealership to source necessary parts during the time in between. Then decided to drop the van off a week early in the chance they had some service scheduled changes. To my surprise, I received a call only two days after my drop off and everything was complete. On top of that the estimated costs associated were less than anticipated. The company I am employed with has several Mercedes Cargo vans, two of which are serviced in Bangor. David Quirk and his team at Quirk Mercedes Bangor are top notch and always provide the best service to their abilities. I also work in the service industry and know the challenges we all face right now, between limited parts inventory and not enough manpower, It can be a real struggle.
