Bob in the service department was extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. He made the service experience seamless and pleasant. All of my concerns were taken seriously and I received all of the service needed. Highly recommend this team, and particularly Bob Geffert in service. Will be a returning customer (despite living pretty far away these days). The sales team is also pretty great. Very pleasant to deal with the team at MB Danbury.

I've been having a problem with my tires not keeping the correct air pressure along with a bumpy ride at higher speed. The car came stock with 20" low profile tires. Bob suggested trying a 19" with a little wider tire. What a difference, the ride is great, handling is improved and it looks great. The whole experience at Mercedes of Danbury was great, I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Mercedes to come here, they really know how to keep you happy.
