My salesman Marco was great, really. This is the 40th vehicle I have either purchased or leased in my lifetime for myself, to say nothing of the dozens of car deals I have helped friends and family purchase for themselves over the years. I've seen and been privy to just about every tactic there is in this business. Marco, immediately came out with a welcoming and inviting tone, and that was just his email! He was clear in answering everything I asked and wanted to know about the car and the deal. I told him I lived more than 150 miles away from the dealership, so everything is going to be handled via email, text and phone call. No problem. I sorted my own financing, and true to his word, the car was prepped and ready for me when I arrived, even when I arrived almost an hour early due to the train running early. He had a porter pick me up, in a very stylish, luxury SUV and Marco and I immediately sat down and started to go over the details. Upon inspection, there were 4-5 items I noticed which I would have preferred to have been told about in advance (as this was the first time I was seeing the car in person), however, he apologized for the oversight, went to speak to his management team and we finalized on a fair and evenly negotiated sale price with relative ease. His demeanor the entire time was to make sure I was 100% happy and satisfied with not only the car, but the deal we had made. I was, I am and I am also happy to share that sentiment. Rosa, the F&I person, was also extremely professional and courteous. Listened to my questions, and any objection or clarification I needed, she answered and never once made me feel like it was a silly or obvious question to ask... although I am sure some of them were. My sincerest thanks and best regards to the team at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. There truly and definitely is difference when you seek out the quality and performance of brand like Mercedes-Benz; they embody the professionalism, clarity, quality and performance just like the products they sell.
