After exploring multiple brands and other dealerships I chose Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls. In my first dealing with Joshua Horton, I was indecisive. Despite my concerns, he was still willing to assist me through hands on model familiarization, always offered a test drive and never put any pressure to make an immediate decision. Furthermore, he willingly searched for a vehicle with my desired options if there wasn’t one in inventory. Everyone else seemed to ignore the state of the market, put on extra pressure by saying “it’s the end of the month, what can I do to close this deal?” with little to no follow through from sales representative and/or managers of respective dealerships. At this point I was set on a model of vehicle, called Joshua regarding one in inventory and got to come in within a half hour with the vehicle parked in front. Not only had he remembered me from my previous visit, remembered things about me that have nothing to do with purchasing a vehicle. When we sat down, I was warmly greeted by Chritopher Noe which at the time I was unaware that he was the Sales Manager. At this point I did not commit to a purchase. Neither Joshua nor Christopher questioned if I was purchasing or not. They were just happy I came into the dealership and offered their accessibility for when I felt I was ready. This type of personal attention is unfortunately no longer common. They then worked tirelessly and communicated financing options across multiple lenders and most importantly didn’t keep me sitting in the dealership while this was going on despite not having signed anything. THIS is what customer service should be! Transparent communication and convenience with my concerns at the forefront. Thank you both very much for your support and I look forward to continuing to work together.
