Visiting Chattanooga for a few days and got a flat tire. Filled it at the local gas station and it went flat again. Ready to drive home, but did not want to drive on a bad tire, so I searched for the local Mercedes dealership. It was about 20 min. away so I called as I was driving over to expedite. I did not get an answer, so I was fully expecting that this would be a commonly poor experience, but I drove over anyway. I am very pleased that I did. I was immediately greeted by a nice young man named Moises. He greeted me with a friendly offer to help me. As we were speaking, the service manager, Joshua West happened by and offered to take a look and help me with my tire, “right away”. He took a video of the condition of the vehicle (which I appreciate), then took it back into service. They checked it out and within 15 min. they returned to explain the issue. During that 15 min, everyone working in the dealership was kind and friendly. We spoke with the new car manager for a while and had a nice conversation. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the experience and happy that I came to Long of Chattanooga. Had I left a message when I called, I feel certain they would have called me back promptly. From the look of it, they were busy giving excellent service to their valued customers when I initially called. Thank you for taking good care of me. Much to my surprise. I would be happy to be a customer here.

Josh in the service department is absolutely awesome! Even though I had the terrible luck of needing two new tires and a new windshield in a month, each time he had me in and out quickly. If you are looking for quick, excellent service give Josh a call!

Jason made the “new car buying experience” so much easier and more enjoyable than I had anticipated. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed at all. Recently, I had to go to a different car dealership and pick up some paperwork for my dad. HUGE difference in the atmosphere and the attitude of the salesmen there. One was particularly rude to me. That didn’t go over well. The Long dealership has perfected its customer service…keep up the good work! Thank you for being so personable and helpful. I absolutely LOVE my new Santa Fe!! Long of Chattanooga is definitely the exception to the rule!????????
