Ted Cooper did a wonderful job helping me again! I bought my first Mercedes about 12 years from him. I got the next on impulse while in San Antonio and regretted not staying local. I was talked into a lease which was the first and last lease I’ll do. Not for me. I was about to buy a SUV from another dealer but my husband got excited when I showed him one on the Mercedes website. More in my budget since I don’t even drive much but low mileage and we’ve missed the others we had. I just had a need for a bit larger vehicle. Ted has been working there many years so has tons of experience. Best of all he’s a genuine super nice guy! Easy to deal with, pleasant and helpful teaching me about the vehicle. He made it as fast and easy to do my trade as possible. I also appreciated the woman that does the contracts, who was also very pleasant. I appreciated her not being pushy like other places about things I didn’t wish to add. Also big kudos to the salesman I first saw the night before purchasing. Roy showed me vehicle and let me take short test drive but turned sale over to Ted the next morning since I’d first asked for him. I worked in sales many years and it’s rare that a team respects each other that way! Everyone there seems great!
