This was the best service I’ve had in a while. I purchased my first Mercedes c300 three months ago & I just went back last week for an oil change and maintenance. Stephanie is the absolute best sales person! She goes above and beyond which is exceedingly appreciated. Thank you to my service provider Anthony as he goes above and beyond as well. I would love to express my gratitude for the great service and support that I received from Ashley and all the staff. Not only did Ashley do his best and more to make the car purchase happen, but he did it with so much passion and kindness that I felt like he was actually my very good friend helping me. All the staff were super friendly and helpful too. Even though the process took way longer than expected and they had to work an hour more, no one showed that they were annoyed with the situation; they all maintained the best professional attitude. I’m going to be blunt and honest because these people- this business- deserves to read about my experience with them. From the moment I called and reached a sales rep named Ramin, I could feel something happening. A change. A shift. I was right and three weeks ago, I found my dream car at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose: a 2021 Mazda CX-5. It wasn’t ready for purchase as the one in stock had some issues, but Ramin found THE ONE- my dream car and within a week, I was driving it. The color, the trim, the edition… all what I wanted.
