About an hour out from James Motor Co. and three days from home, our Sprinter van started sputtering. We called the service department and got Bob on the line, who happened to be filling in, and told him of issues and concerns, to which he talked us through common known issues with EGR. We topped off the DEF and have been following his helpful information and continuing on to MN. We were very impressed with Bob dedicated customer service!
