Financing was straightforward—no games, just real numbers. I also appreciated that I didn’t feel like I needed my husband there to get a fair deal. Only minor issue: The car wash could’ve been better (streaky windows, dripping water, and no shine on the tires). But overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and will only drive a Mercedes from Sullivan-Parkhill from now on. Just wish they threw in a little Mercedes merch! ????

I have never purchased a brand new car before and I was unsure about the process. Carroll was amazing. He showed me the vehicles, took me for a test drive and walked me through the entire process. He helped me make sure everything was set up and connected like the OnStar feature that I've never had before. He's even called a couple times just to check and see how everything was going.
