BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! We were greeted by Sam and he immediately made us feel welcomed. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. I think the thing that stood out the most, was that I didn’t feel judged for not having the nicest trade in, not having the biggest down payment and not having the best credit. Sam worked hard and the next day I was approved for the car I wanted. You can tell there’s a sense of community there. Everyone is laughing, engaging and are the same way with the customers. I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a long time. Abe who handles the financial side of things was an absolute delight and so fun to talk with. He took his time to walk me through the documents I was signing and let me ask questions. He also tolerated me and my friends nonsense! :) This company meets customers where they’re at, and doesn’t force them into situations that aren’t beneficial for them. I will be coming back for any future purchases for sure! 10/10 recommend!

Had an awesome experience working with the Sheppard Motors team from 1900+ miles away!! Specifically Tyler and Dominic....thanks again fellas! I searched long and hard for my now "classic dream car" that I couldn't afford as a young kid but was hoping to now in my 40s. Finally came across the one I had been searching for, specific options, color, condition and pricing. Of course being so far away this was a very nerve-racking deal to get thru, not being able to actually test drive or inspect the vehicle in person! But that's where these guys really shined! They answered all of my concerns, took all the pictures and videos that I requested and were patient with me as I worked the finances and transport for the vehicle across the country safely. They helped tremendously by also working with the enclosed carrier company of my choosing, staying late after work for pick-up, taking pics and detailing the vehicle to ensure it left their property in good condition. Shout out to AG AutonTransport as well and Paul/Vlad for turning a 1900+ mile trip into a 60hr trip all while protecting my beautiful 35th anniversary SS!
