Just purchased my first Audi at this location! Frank in sales was super helpful and made our experience very smooth and easy. He was very patient in showing us all the details and options in the car. We our so happy with our decision. I even got teary eyed when we left the lot because I couldn’t believe how awesome he made our experience purchasing a Q8. Definitely will be back for my next purchase.

My experience with Shaun and Carlos was excellent. They went way above and beyond what is typically expected to accommodate my needs. Since they did not have the A7 in stock they came down in price on the A8. So I would not have to go all the way down to the Miami area to get the color and type of A7 car I wanted. They put my needs first so they did not loose a customer. When it come time for my wife to get a new suv, we will be back to Audi North Orlando to see Shaun and Carlos! Craig Connor
