Wanted to make note of the wonderful care I received from Bryce Benfatti Internet/Fleet Sales Mercedes-Benz of Carlsbad! Took our sprinter van in for a check engine light. What a great experience. Our service writer ( Kem) was very well informed on our veh. and helped us get back on the road same day. The techs. did a great job of quickly diagnosing the problem and the parts department here had all the parts we needed in stock. Very possibly the best experience we have ever had a shop or dealership. Even did a courtesy car wash ! 5 Stars!
