This was my first time visiting Garnet Audi for service. Jake was my service advisor and was pleasant and courteous from the beginning. When I called to schedule he provided me with an estimate and was understanding when I had to double check mine and my husband's schedule before setting an appointment. He was able to put me in a courtesy vehicle for the day, which made it that much easier. When he called to inform me the service was complete, he went over the multi point inspection in detail. When I arrived to pick up my car it was washed and ready to go! We'll continue to use Garnet for all our Audi servicing needs, and likely for future purchases as well.
