This was probably hands-down, the greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership culture was empathetic trustworthy and caring. It truly feels like a close knit family working together for a common goal. The GM Shirish and our sales associates Keison and Max helped us buy a 2024 Audi Q8 E-Tron Launch Edition. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Signing all the paperwork on a giant stylus notepad on a desk was probably the most fun experience signing my life away - it was truly enjoyable. I will be sending all my friends to the dealership that are interested in buying an Audi and I am grateful for the connections we made here and we will be customers and friends of this dealership for life.

Jake is the best! I got a thorough diagnostic very fast when they had a lot of people in line. He got me a loaner when they were super busy and gave me detailed prices and what was exactly wrong with my car. Thank you so much for all your help! Will be always coming back to North OC ??
