2026 Audi Q5 Premium Plus quattro

My prior review was probably in error as noted by the CarFax findings referenced by Andrew Lyon of Niello Audi below. The damage I thought was due to lot damage was probably due to a prior accident repair, that oddly enough was work done by Bertolucci's Body & Fender who thought that it was lot damage when they went to repair it five years later. As a result, I don't have clear evidence that Niello was responsible, so I apologize and have changed the rating of my review, as all of my service experience with two cars over 7 years with Niello has been generally good.

Bought a new car from Cesar. Great customer service and the best dealership experience. I had to sell my old car of 8 years because I am a home health care nurse. I travel alot. Cesar helped explain the process to me and it was very easy. She did a great job.

I am only disappointed I didn’t get Jackie Westlake in the picture with us because she was absolutely amazing! Jackie showed us multiple vehicles, was infinitely knowledgeable, effortlessly prepared for every question and situation, and tirelessly willing to explain how stuff works. SHE STILL TAKES MY CALLS.
