I cannot believe - it was my first time with a flat tire and in a matter of minutes he came to my rescue and helped me and guided me through the roadside assistance. He gave me THE MOST AMAZING service. As a young girl, a process that would have been so scary was so smooth because God was really working specially through Lou today. This Audi I drive was my first ever vehicle i purchased on my own and I would truly recommend ANYONE who is considering - please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of their vehicles. Kudos to Audi Silver Spring Service Department. I am a first time customer with a longstanding issue another Audi Service Department would not or could not address. Service Rep Lou Nguyen was great in taking care of my vehicle and helping to resolve the issue with my MMI. Additionally, I want to recognize Ed (apologize fir not getting his last name) in Sales who took the extra time to assist me in re-connecting my smart phone to my vehicle, as well as provided me tips on customizing features in my vehicle. These two represented Audi Silver Spring well and I will return to this dealership for all my service needs as well as potential future Audi car purchases.
