You need to stop what you’re currently doing, and run to Audi West Houston and ask for Michael. This man is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy person I’ve ever come across at a car dealership. Aside from the quality and technology of the vehicles, I enjoyed the customer service and the time invested in my purchase. I will definitely ask for Mike every time you go to the dealership, he really went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that met all my requirements and find the best deal possible. All the staff was friendly, but Mike really cares for your satisfaction!

The customer service at Audi West was great. Freddy was very helpful and efficient. He knew I didn’t want to waste time and so took care of all my questions before we arrived. Grant took extra care of us and found a better interest rate for me than what I came in with. I felt like made sure I was well taken care of and I am in love with my new care.
