After trying a few other dealerships, and feeling pretty exhausted, i went to audi cape cod. I’m grateful i did. Allen was the first to greet me and was wonderfully pleasant and attentive, not at all pushy or aggressive and made me feel very welcome. I was then connected with Drew who listened respectfully and matched me with ease to the vehicle i ultimately leased. The entire experience was the polar opposite of what i had experienced at the other dealerships i had gone to and i am now definitely audi cape cod for life. The whole team was so knowledgable, patient and willing to work with my every notion or question along the way all without pressuring me or making me feel like i’d miss out if i didn’t sign 10 minutes ago. Just wonderful. HIGHLY suggest.

Very professional dealership. Made everything go smoothly and they have a great sales team. Allen P. took time with me even when I told him I was just researching and not getting a car yet. When I did end up buying a car later, I had great service and was able to quickly get into my new car. This dealership will do whatever you need to make sure you are very happy with your decision.

Excellent purchase experience, start to finish. Knowledgable personnel, transparency, and a quick and easy process. Might be the easiest and smoothest purchase process I've ever had in 30+ car deals. The only downside was that the dealership keeps banker's hours 9-6, so if you're working this can present some logistical challenges. However, the sales and business staff were all very accommodating to stay late after hours, and even come in on their days off to make sure that they were available to help me through the process. I appreciated that very much. All of the deal paperwork was easy to understand and the process was very simple. Everything was e-sign electronic documents, and all information and options were clearly laid out in a way that was easy to process mentally. Prior to delivery, all titling and registration was handled, and vehicle was prepped for delivery. I was equally delighted that they took the time to personalize all of the setup and configurations in the car, including activating multiple subscription services, etc. This was a very pleasant change from my typical car purchase experience. Post closing, sales staff gave a thorough orientation to me so that I understood the new vehicle capabilities. It was a relief to not have to RTFM for everything, and have someone personally explain the unique features of a highly complex vehicle. Sales followed up with me 2 days later to see if I had any questions, and to make sure that I knew that they and the dealership were available to answer any questions or assist in any way possible.
