The team made buying a car quick and easy. I explained that the car was needed as soon as possible and the reason why. It took 2.5 hours from looking at the car to having delivery of the car 55 minutes away from the dealership. They made it happen without question. Great job Team Audi!

The BEST car buying experience I've ever had! All the guys I worked with were incredible - super kind and with great energy. Everyone there seemed more like a friend than someone trying to make a quota (they don't have commission-based pay btw). They were as excited about the Tesla I was purchasing as I was and gave me a stellar trade-in offer! They even stayed well after closing to answer questions and clean my car and it felt like they would stay as long as I needed them to. I tend to trade in my car every two years and told them I will definitely be back.

Sales department is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Service… ugh! Does not feel like a luxury brand experience. Being a former BMW Service Advisor and Mercedes-Benz technician. This experience is underwhelming, disappointing and frustrating at times. Makes me regret getting an Audi. To the point, I’m looking at replacing my Audi with another manufacturer. Most likely Toyota/Lexus. Parts… a little better but still rough around the edges.
