We had the best experience at Audi of Santa Monica! After a negative experience at a different dealership, we found Jared to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He found me the perfect car. He spent over 30 minutes in the car with me going over everything so I understood all of the safety features, operations, controls, etc. I drove away feeling confident and excited to get the most out of my Audi. I recently got my 2025 Audi Q6 and the whole experience was excellent. Matt Griffin was awesome to work with—professional, cool, and patient. He took the time to walk me through all the vehicle settings and made sure I was comfortable before driving away. On top of that, he went out of his way to meet me halfway from Santa Monica to San Diego in Costa Mesa to deliver the car, which was incredibly thoughtful.
