Great experience buying two cars (2026 Q3 and 2025 A5) from this dealership. The team was helpful, straightforward, and easy to work with the whole time. They made the process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with both vehicles and would definitely buy from them again.

Had a great experience at Audi San Jose buying a CPO Audi e-tron. Sal was great to deal with - he sent me key info ahead of my visit, he was pleasant to interact with, and not salesy. The car was just as good as pictured, and I was happy with the price. Sal also followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was good.

My salesman, Isaiah, was good to work with as was the rest of the staff but the lasting impression of the experience was the wait for the finance department. If we’ve agreed on a price and everything else has been sorted via email, it shouldn’t still take me 2hrs to sign the paperwork with the finance team. I’ll still give them 5 stars but don’t make any plans expecting a fast experience when you go to take delivery.
