Excellent experience at Audi Springfield with Jonathan! I typically don’t enjoy the pressure and haggling of car sales, but Jonathan made us feel very comfortable. He was super friendly, gave us plenty of space and time to test drive and assess the vehicle, and worked hard to secure us a deal that was fair. Would absolutely do business with him again and/or recommend him to family and friends!

Just purchased a 2023 Q7. Audi Springfield gave me a very fair trade value and great purchase price. Sofiya was in constant communication and pulled all my numbers for me, such as my payoff on my trade. My wife is ecstatic for her new Audi!

I would say this was the best car buying experience I have had. That says a lot being 50 years old. Salesman Gary was very professional, likeable, and neat in appearance. There was no high pressure or trying to box me in. Great experience.
