What a great Audi dealership. The sales team here is super patient and thorough. Tom Clancy invested a lot of time with me to help me purchase a CPO site unseen. He was prompt and responsive, sending me everything I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. He spent nearly an hour on the phone with me, helping me get to know my new car. I am new to the audi Family and I love my new Audi!!!

He was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with to purchase our new Audi A8L. He was with us every step of the way until we drove our shiny new car out of the lot that same day! Found my new Q8 on their website on a Sunday; it was coming over from Germany and had not been sold yet. Cherrie Granada responded immediately to my online inquiry and before I knew it, I was driving it home! She helped me through a very painless trade-in negotiation process and did a wonderful job keeping in touch with me as I waited for it to come in. The delivery process was also painless and very efficient! The entire Sales team at Audi of Sarasota work well together and really seem to love their jobs - it makes me want to be a return customer for sure! I have used their Service Dept for 4 years and they really work hard to keep your car in great shape and do not constantly try to sell you something. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who loves Audi's!
