2026 Audi SQ7 Premium Plus quattro Tiptronic

Wanted to take the time to speak on Heather. I’ve had a couple issues with my 2018 Q5 after about a year after purchase. I’ve called and scheduled appointments and Heather always inform me on the wait time for car to be seen, if I will have my car or not, and if a loaner is available. I do understand for one: I have a 2018. I know purchasing used cars come with a risk. It’s 2023, as bad as I hate to wait a month to be serviced, it is life and everyone is short staffed. I understand the logic behind not having a loaner vehicle always. Heather have always been kind on the phone and or face to face. She just simply explains what the price to fix is and the options you have. She sets clear expectations regarding if you will leave with your car or not. I’ve never not known. Heather, your job is hard and I just want to tell, THANK YOU! She is a lot friendlier than the past lady that worked there. I was lied to previously about needing breaks/Rodors and here I am a year later purchasing them bc Heather told me it was time. I value what Heather tells me, she’s been very forth coming and honest from day one. I am also African American and she treats me equally and fairly. I had a loaner car for about 2 weeks and I accidentally left my garage door openers in car. Heather put them to the side and informed me I left them. She did not have to do that. We are living in times when people can be so cruel or not even look. Once again thank you Heather! Thank you Audi JXN!
