Five stars! I had the best car buying experience yesterday with Ashley at Audi Naperville. I lived a few hours away and called her about a car I was interested in. When I got to the dealership Ashley was ready to help and answer questions. I told her I wanted to buy the car but wanted to move the process along as I needed to be back home. She and the sales manager Isaac exceeded my car buying expectations so a huge thanks to them!
Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Malin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process from checking out cars to signing the papers was seamless and rather quick (quick for car buying).
