2026 Audi Q7 55 Premium Plus quattro Tiptronic

This is my 3rd experience purchasing a new car with Audi Van Nuys. From Moses and Sam in sales to their finance team, service it’s always a very good and smooth process. When I bought my first Audi, the head office called me since my previous cars were BMW and told customer service how I couldn’t wait to drive the car in the mountains next month skiing. A week later, I received a ski boot Audi bag, Audi knitted hat and scarf. Every purchase, I get a little nice treat. Audi’s are my forever cars! Treated like a VIP!

Our sales guy was really nice and patient with us. I can’t remember his name but he’s in the photos. Definitely go to him to get your car. I’ll refer people as well. However, one star less as we almost walked out because of the finance manager upstairs who was incredibly rude and had no people skills. We were trying to determine whether or not to purchase the maintenance package and he was trying to rush us and even said “you have a Rolex on you can afford it”. First of all, he knew the car is for me, not my cousin who’s there with me. And second, he can afford a Rolex because he doesn’t make impulse decisions without thinking them through. This is why I asked him to come with me. The finance manager also provided misinformation and claimed he was “averaging”. Thankfully my cousin was with me and called him out on it. We let our sale guy know we were disappointed but because he was so good to us and gave us a really good deal on the car, we went through with it. Funny enough, my cousin has so many contacts at several dealerships and we ended up here because the offer and overall experience with this sales guy was that good. He’s in the photo, go to him and get a great deal.

I couldn't be more happy!! Come to get Q5 and I was finished in less than 2hr. Zorana helped me with everything! Answered my many questions and delivered what I asked for. Dealership meet my expectation and my financial abilities in order to get what I want and leave happy! I would like to recommend Zorana to anyone going there! Very sweet and humble lady, not your regular sales person just trying to sell anything to you! Very considerate and lovely person. Manager of the branch was also very helpful!! Again, super happy! Definitely getting my next vehicle there again!
