Visited Audi Hawthorne today for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships this week and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. I had a wonder experience in dealing with Jonathan Velasquez. He was an excellent salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the Audi brand. I would ???? recommend him, if you stop in to make a purchase. I scheduled a test drive before I got there and the car was out front (no waiting for him to pull it up) which allowed me to see and walk around the car before getting inside.
