I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2025 Q3 at Audi of Lafayette. I am so happy with my decision. Andrew with Audi, was able to locate the exact vehicle (interior an exterior) on the lot that I had to have. Amazingly he found it. I say this to say that customer service here was excellent from the moment I walked in I was treated like with respect. Popped into Audi Lafayette yesterday as a motivated buyer of an Audi Q3. Stephanie and the staff were top notch as soon I entered the building! I’d been so discouraged with a few other dealerships and my trade in over the last year. They gave a fair quote on my Challenger and were super go with the flow. Quick and easy process and listened to what my goals were financially with my note and down payment. My note only increased $65 with a brand new car!
