I had a great experience with my sales person. She stayed in touch with me throughout the purchase process and beyond. I had to travel 170 miles to the dealership to test drive and complete the purchase. The only problem was during the completion of the purchase the individual was visibly unsatisfied with the finalized result. He went from a friendly disposition to just being tolerated by completion. The other members of the sales department were helpful. My sales person was outstanding and made my decision to purchase from this dealership possible.
