My experience at Audi Marin with Grace was a great experience. The inventory was perfect for me. The sales process was not aggressive but obviously they are going to push service and warranty packages—that is the norm for any dealership. Grace accommodated my schedule and worked with me to find the right vehicle. She was easy to get ahold of via text or phone. I would recommend Audi Marin if you are in the market for an Audi.

Everything went very well considering we bought a used car that needed to be fully detailed in a day. That didn't happen, but salesman Shawn is delivering it to our home today. Great service in a short amount of time. Doing all the paperwork does take hours, however!
