I had such an amazing experience at Audi of Des Moines! Susie Baldwin was fantastic to work with - she was able to answer all my questions, discuss options, and was so helpful throughout the whole process - she knew what I would like even when I didn’t! And to top it off, I got an absolutely beautiful car for a great price that I’m so happy with!

This is the first time I bought a car from out of state and without test driving it. Audi of Des Moines provided excellent service. AJ was amazing and made sure I had pictures and video of the vehicle and we FaceTimed many times so I could look at the car. AJ answered all of my questions and was so helpful and patient. They were very responsive, extremely flexible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
